- Up to 80% of the cost of a consultation, up to a maximum of €2,800
- Up to 5 consultations per company possible
- Maximum of 2 consultations per year
- Consulting period of maximum 5 days, 8 hours per day

- Organization and business model optimization
- Requirements for companies
- Fewer than 250 employees
- Maximum of €50 million in sales
- Registered office and place of business in Germany
- Commercial enterprises and freelancers
- No insolvency proceedings or public ownership
